* Ausbildung: Fachinformatiker, Informatik-Studium oder fundierte
Berufserfahrung.

 * Sprache: Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift ist zwingend erforderlich.
 * Backend: Du hast profunde Erfahrung mit modernem PHP und MVCFrameworks
(z. B. Laravel oder Symfony). Der Wechsel zwischen Frameworks ist

 * Frontend: Versierter Umgang mit modernen JS-Frameworks (z. B. Vue.js,
Alpine.js, React) und Verständnis für komponentenbasierte Architektur sowie
modernes JavaScript (ES6+).

 * Datenbanken: Sicherer Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken (SQL). Ob
Erfahrung in MySQL, MSSQL oder Percona - wichtig ist das Verständnis für
performante Strukturen.

 * Mindset: Du hast Lust auf "Cutting Edge" statt Legacy-Code und arbeitest dich
gerne in neue Tools ein.
