* Teamlead Technical Support: Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Technical-Support-Teams zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
 * Prozess-Exzellenz-Owner: Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung interner Support-Prozesse mit Fokus auf Effizienz, Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit
 * Incident-Management-Leitung: Steuerung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Incident-Management-Prozesses zur schnellen und nachhaltigen Lösung von Störungen
