This role requires an architect with enterprise-level credibility who can define direction, engage senior stakeholders, and translate that into practical, production-ready solutions. The focus is on automation and observability patterns that improve reliability, reduce manual effort, and enable more predictable operations. In parallel, as Regional Site Lead, this individual will represent the regional delivery function, acting as a key liaison between Client IT, business operations, and executive stakeholders. The role brings a broader leadership lens-ensuring alignment between strategy, delivery, and business outcomes, while contributing to large-scale initiatives and proposals. This is a leadership role responsible for defining frameworks, leading detailed design discussions, securing customer alignment, and driving implementation through engineering and operations teams.
