What you'll bring * Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired. * 10+ years of related experience in network engineering, construction, or infrastructure leadership roles. * Demonstrated success leading large organizations, including direct supervision of professionals. * Proven ability to design and execute strategies aligned with organizational goals and network priorities. * Experience influencing hiring, performance management, promotion, and compensation decisions; background in highly scaled or regulated environments preferred. ## Description In this role, you will lead and develop large, geographically distributed teams responsible for the end-to-end planning, design, construction, implementation, and optimization of 5G network infrastructure, with a primary focus on Radio Access Network (RAN) engineering. You will own market-level accountability for network performance and execution, align engineering delivery with business priorities, and ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and operational excellence across RAN and project management functions.
