The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing production systems, resolving high-severity incidents within strict SLAs, and leading root cause analysis to ensure long-term stability. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and the flexibility to work in a shift-based support model., * A bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) from an accredited institution is required. In lieu of formal education, three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered for each year of education. * Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Plano, TX or Charlotte, NC, or be willing to relocate. This position may require travel to project locations. * Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without the need for employer-sponsored visa support. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time. * A minimum of 4 years of Information Technology experience is required. * Extensive hands-on experience with Splunk and Dynatrace in production and L2/L3 support environments, including monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
