Selected IT Communications & Policy specialist will work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. Deliverables may include standard operating procedures, process guides, training materials, and reports, workflow documentation, and other written products necessary to support mission requirements. Position Responsibilities · Compose IT policy documents from ideation through approval and publishing, · Gather requirements from technical and administrative staff, · Document procedures and technical information, · Draft internal newsletter, FAQs, change support materials, and other content to improve awareness and understanding, · Perform grammatical and style editing on documents, · Drive a collaborative document editing process with Track Changes, comments, review meetings, and asynchronous review periods, · Collect input through surveys and interviews, as well as extracting relevant information from previously written material, · Prepare briefing materials for technical and executive audiences, · Contribute to communication strategies, and Update Intranet content, · Analyze the effectiveness of communications to recommend changes or improvements, · Collaborate with staff to develop communications for specific groups and/or projects, · Assist in developing communications and training deliverables, · Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing Team to ensure consistency in branding and style, and other duties as assigned. ## Related Videos - [You’re a great coder?
