* Drive enterprise CRM strategy, innovation roadmap, and architectural governance across multiple business workstreams.
 * Partner with Abbott leadership to define technology direction, standards, best practices, and modernization initiatives.
 * Lead cross-functional teams spanning Salesforce, AI, Mobile, Data, and Integration domains.
 * Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and next-generation customer engagement capabilities.
 * Provide technical leadership, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and executive-level communications.
 * Own delivery oversight and ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
