* Strong experience in desktop / technical support or help desk environments
 * Proficiency with:
 + Windows 11
 + Microsoft Office 365 (O365) and Outlook
 + Active Directory
 * Experience with hardware troubleshooting, imaging, and deployments
 * Familiarity with ticketing systems (such as ServiceNow or similar)
 * Basic understanding of network connectivity and troubleshooting
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 * Ability to lift and carry equipment and work in various physical environments as needed, * Experience supporting enterprise-level environments
 * Exposure to Exchange, mobile device support, and printer troubleshooting
 * Strong organizational and documentation skills
 * Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

## Description

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to support users in the Pikeville, KY area and surrounding regions. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise and exceptional customer service, as technicians provide both remote and onsite support to end users. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, professional growth, and the chance to build advanced technical skills in a dynamic support environment., * Provide desktop support for end users both remotely and in person

 * Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software in Windows-based environments
 * Support Microsoft technologies including Windows 11, Office 365, Outlook, and Active Directory
 * Perform imaging, deployment, and system setup for end-user devices
 * Troubleshoot hardware issues including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
 * Handle software installations, updates, and general application support
 * Provide basic network troubleshooting and connectivity support
 * Manage and track incidents using a ticketing system
 * Support device inventory, migrations, and equipment lifecycle processes
 * Deliver excellent customer service while building strong relationships with end users
