 * Team-oriented environment with strong operational expectations

This role is ideal for a seasoned front desk professional who can step in quickly, provide excellent patient service, and support daily clinic operations with minimal ramp-up time. You will be responsible for managing patient flow, handling scheduling, and supporting administrative functions while delivering a high level of customer service in a fast-paced medical environment., * Greet and check in/out patients

 * Schedule appointments and procedures
 * Prepare and manage patient charts
 * Answer high-volume phone lines
 * Handle referrals, authorizations, and insurance verification
 * Accurately document patient information
 * Provide excellent customer service at all times
