* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
 * 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Warehousing, or Relational Database Design.
 * 2+ years of technical leadership or team management experience.
 * Strong expertise in Azure SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, ADLS, SQL, ETL/ELT, Data Modeling, and PowerBI.
 * Experience with HR/HCM data is a plus.

## Description

* Design and manage HR Operational Data Store (ODS) and Azure-based Data Warehouse solutions
 * Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise reporting and analytics
 * Lead HR data architecture, governance, and database optimization initiatives
 * Partner with HRIS, Analytics, Reporting, and business teams to deliver scalable data solutions
 * Manage and mentor the Database Administrator while providing technical leadership
 * Ensure data quality, security, compliance, and support Power BI reporting
