Preferred / Nice-to-Have: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. * 3+ years of Programming experience to include the above * Scripting experience (Python, Perl, or similar) for automation and maintenance tasks. * Oracle PL/SQL packages/procedures and overall Oracle DB experience (schema design, tuning, troubleshooting). * Proficient in HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery. * Solid SQL skills and working knowledge of ADO.NET and data access patterns. * Familiarity with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and / ADO Code repositories (ADO Version Control, ADO Git). * Experience with Azure App Services and cloud deployment patterns. * Experience modernizing legacy applications (migration strategies, incremental refactors). * Knowledge of secure coding practices, application logging/monitoring, and compliance frameworks. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required. Typical Education & Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience).
