You will work closely with developers, project managers, analysts, organizational leaders, and clinicians to gather continuous feedback that informs design and development decisions. The Senior Software Developer is a critical technical role essential to ensuring integration stability, data integrity, and long-term scalability for the Research System Replacement Project. This role requires advanced knowledge of computer science or software engineering, along with deep expertise in software development practices and methodologies. A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Candidates must be local to Ohio and within the Cleveland market, with the ability to come onsite as needed.
