This is a client-facing, project-owning implementation role. You'll own engagements end-to-end on both HubSpot and Zendesk: running discovery calls, designing solutions, building and configuring on the platforms, managing your own project timeline, and handing clients something that actually works. If you've got 2-4 years of hands-on CRM implementation experience, and you're comfortable in front of clients, this is a good fit for you.
