 * Conocimiento en administración de servidores Tomcat, WebLogic e IIS
 * Experiencia en despliegue y gestión de aplicaciones Java (J2EE)
 * Conocimientos de automatización con Ansible
 * Experiencia en entornos Linux/Unix y/o Windows Server
 * Monitorización, análisis de logs y troubleshooting en entornos productivos
 * Conocimientos de redes básicas (HTTP, HTTPS, balanceo, proxies)
 * Gestión de certificados y seguridad en middleware., * Experiencia en herramientas de monitorización (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.)
 * Conocimiento en CI/CD (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps)
 * Experiencia en entornos Cloud o híbridos
 * Certificaciones en WebSphere o middleware similar
 * Conocimiento en scripting (Shell, Python)

## Description

Como administrador de plataformas middleware (WebSphere, IHS y servidores de aplicaciones), tu objetivo será asegurar la correcta operación, disponibilidad y rendimiento de los entornos, garantizando la estabilidad de los servicios y el cumplimiento de los estándares de explotación., * Administración y operación de IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) e IBM HTTP Server (IHS)

 * Configuración y gestión de servidores de aplicaciones (WebSphere, Tomcat, WebLogic, IIS)
 * Despliegue, configuración y mantenimiento de aplicaciones en entornos middleware
 * Monitorización, troubleshooting y optimización de rendimiento
 * Gestión de incidencias y análisis de causa raíz
 * Automatización de tareas operativas mediante Ansible
 * Gestión de certificados, configuraciones de seguridad y comunicaciones (SSL/TLS)
 * Soporte a equipos de desarrollo en despliegues y resolución de problemas
 * Participación en migraciones, upgrades y hardening de plataformas
 * Documentación técnica y aplicación de buenas prácticas operativas (BAU y proyectos)
