This role serves as a key bridge between Engineering, Project Management, Program Management, Operations, Client Success, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear, priorities are well managed, and delivery stays aligned to customer commitments and product goals. The Product Owner owns and prioritizes the product backlog, translating customer needs, business objectives, and technical input into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release scope. This role requires strong judgment to balance short-term delivery needs with long-term product strategy, while considering dependencies, team capacity, resource constraints, and each team member's skillset when planning work. This person works closely with Project Managers to support execution timelines and customer-specific delivery plans, while partnering with Program Managers to ensure customer expectations, risks, and priorities are understood and converted into actionable product work.
