Other skills/knowledge: * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. * Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented., * Completion of a Bachelor's Degree with concentration in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare or other closely related field. * Experience: Previous work related experience in healthcare industry * Experience with key OSF applications ## Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Application System Analyst l, will evaluate, plan, design, and configure software application systems. This position assists with analyzing, testing, troubleshooting and maintaining installed systems and support users. The position creates documentation to support system design, testing and training. The position will also assist with the management of customer expectations and customer interactions and participate in service quality initiatives.
