Du arbeitest weitgehend eigenständig, sorgst für einen stabilen und sicheren IT-Betrieb und bist zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeitenden sowie für unsere Softwareprojekte in IT-relevanten Fragestellungen.
 * Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Absicherung unserer Microsoft-basierten IT-Infrastruktur (u. a. Microsoft 365, Azure / Entra ID, Windows Server, Active Directory)
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Cloud- und On-Premise-Systeme
 * Verantwortung für den stabilen und sicheren IT-Betrieb
 * User Helpdesk: erste Ansprechperson für alle IT-Anfragen unserer Mitarbeitenden
 * Einrichtung, Verwaltung und Lifecycle-Management der Arbeitsplatz-IT (Laptops, Monitore, Dockingstations, Peripherie)
 * Benutzer-, Rollen- und Rechteverwaltung
 * Ansprechperson für Softwareprojekte, insbesondere bei Fragen zu Cloud-Infrastruktur, IT-Sicherheit, Betrieb und Deployment
 * Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (z. B. Zugriffskonzepte, Gerätesicherheit, Patch- und Update-Strategien)
 * Dokumentation von Systemen, Prozessen und Standards
