## Description

* Strategische Weiterentwicklung des IT-Governance-Systems nach COBIT auf unternehmensweiter Ebene
 * Eigenverantwortlicher Entwicklung und Konzeption von IT-Steuerungskonzepten
 * Erarbeitung und Definition der IT-Governance-Strategie sowie verbindlicher Regelwerke in enger Abstimmung mit IT-Führungskräften und Prozessverantwortlichen
 * Analyse der Wirksamkeit bestehender Steuerungsmechanismen und Ableitung sowie Umsetzung gezielter Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Veränderung des Systemverhaltens
 * Leitung und Steuerung unternehmensweiter IT-Governance-Projekte zur Einführung, Standardisierung und kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Steuerungselementen
 * Kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Management sowie mit angrenzenden Governance-Funktionen zur Sicherstellung einer ganzheitlichen Steuerungs- und Compliance-Struktur
