## About the Role

* Langjährige Erfahrung (>5 Jahre) in Management- oder Strategieberatung, idealerweise im Umfeld Data, Analytics, BI oder AI, inklusive Verantwortung für komplexe Transformationsprogramme von der Strategie bis zur Umsetzung.
 * Nachweisliche Fähigkeit, Business-Ziele in ganzheitliche Analytics-, BI- und AI-Strategien sowie wirkungsvolle Zielbilder zu übersetzen.
 * Tiefgehende Erfahrung in der strategischen Neuausrichtung von BI-, Reporting- und Analytics-Landschaften (z. B. BI-Strategien, Target Operating Models, Governance).
 * Sehr gutes Verständnis von Data Visualization, Analytics Advisory sowie AI-gestützten Entscheidungs- und Visualisierungskonzepten (z. B. Augmented Analytics, Conversational AI) aus Business- und Managementperspektive.
 * Ausgeprägte Leadership- und Sales-Erfahrung: Führung und Entwicklung von Teams, C-Level-Stakeholder-Management sowie Verantwortung für Business Development, Pitches und Angebote.
 * Starkes technologisches Grundverständnis moderner BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Quicksight etc.), Data-, Cloud- (z. B. Azure, AWS, GCP) und AI-Architekturen sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Reisebereitschaft und unternehmerisches Mindset.
