The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Nautilus configuration, integrations, workflow development, and production support while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions., * Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications and business systems. * 3+ years of hands-on experience with Nautilus platform administration, development, or support. * Strong understanding of application architecture, system integrations, and data management. * Experience working with relational databases and SQL. * Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integration frameworks. * Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience integrating Nautilus with ERP, CRM, MES, or other enterprise systems. * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. * Knowledge of automation and workflow orchestration tools. * Experience supporting mission-critical production environments. * Familiarity with ITIL processes, change management, and incident management. * Experience in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries.
