You'll be the go-to person to keep WordPress fast, reliable, and continuously evolving - working hand in hand with SEO, Design, Brand, Content, and Marketing. We're looking for a senior, proactive profile: someone who doesn't need to be told what to do line by line, but takes the project, spots opportunities, raises a hand when something is outdated, and ships with judgment. Our Tech Stack: * WordPress (PHP) * Custom theme and plugin development * MySQL * HTML / CSS (Sass) / JavaScript * Docker * CDN (Fastly) * Git (GitLab) * VWO as a testing tool * Notion + Jira, * Own voicemod.net end-to-end - develop and maintain custom themes, plugins, blocks, and the template system that powers our pages. * Ship releases with confidence - manage the release cycle with quality, performance, and security in mind. * Keep the site fast and online - work with the CDN, optimize Core Web Vitals, and define monitoring and alerting so issues are caught before they impact the business. * Tackle technical debt - continue migrating legacy pages from older frameworks into our current WordPress architecture. * Partner with SEO - implement technical SEO requirements (structure, metadata, schema, redirects, on-page optimizations) alongside our SEO specialist. * Enable Marketing and Brand - build new landings (launches, presales, campaigns), iterate existing pages, and execute branding and design changes. * Run experiments - implement A/B tests on isolated elements (CTAs, copies, layouts) so the team can iterate with data, not opinions. * Coordinate across stakeholders - translate business requests from Marketing, Design, Content, Brand, Legal, and Product into well-defined technical tasks. * Operate in our workflow - use Notion for definition and Jira for execution, contribute in the team's weekly, and keep progress visible. ## Related Videos - [Kill Your WordPress.
