## About the Role

Vous préparez une formation en informatique (BTS SIO, BUT, Licence pro, école spécialisée…)

Vous avez des bases en systèmes et réseaux (Windows, réseaux, notions de sécurité)

Vous êtes curieux(se), rigoureux(se) et avez envie d'apprendre

Vous aimez travailler en équipe et avez un bon sens du service

Une première expérience (stage, projet) serait un plus

## Description

Au sein de notre service informatique, vous intégrez une équipe à taille humaine et travaillerez en étroite collaboration (binôme) avec le technicien systèmes et réseaux en poste.

Sous sa supervision, vous participez activement à la gestion et à l'évolution de notre infrastructure informatique tout en développant vos compétences techniques.

Accompagné(e) par votre tuteur, vous serez amené(e) à :

 * Participer à la gestion et à la maintenance des réseaux (LAN / WAN)
 * Contribuer au support technique aux utilisateurs (matériel et logiciel)
 * Aider à la surveillance des performances du réseau et intervenir en cas d'incident
 * Participer à la mise en œuvre et au suivi des politiques de sécurité informatique
 * Assister dans la gestion du parc informatique (postes, équipements, mises à jour)
 * Contribuer à la documentation des procédures et des configurations système
 * Participer aux projets d'évolution et d'amélioration de l'infrastructure
