## About the Role

Do you have experience in TOGAF?, * University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field

 * Proven experience (5+ years) in Business Architecture, Business Analysis, or related roles within Capital Markets
 * Strong understanding of trading and brokerage systems, including front-to-back lifecycle processes
 * Demonstrated experience in driving transformation initiatives in complex environments
 * Ability to structure, visualize, and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
 * Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse perspectives
 * Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking, with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
 * Experience with architecture frameworks and modeling techniques (e.g., TOGAF, BPMN) is a plus
 * Fluent in English, both written and spoken

## Description

* Drive business optimization and automation initiatives across the Capital Markets division, improving efficiency, scalability, and customer outcomes
 * Lead the "Change the Bank" process, shaping and aligning strategic initiatives from early concept through to execution readiness
 * Own the definition and quality of business requirements, ensuring they are complete, actionable, and aligned with strategic objectives before entering IT delivery
 * Act as a key bridge between Business and IT, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions
 * Collaborate closely with Solution Architects across Data, Application, and Technology domains to design cohesive end-to-end solutions
 * Develop and evolve the business architecture framework, including business capabilities, value streams, and operating models
 * Promote architecture best practices and standards, fostering consistency across initiatives and teams
 * Contribute to shaping the target state architecture for Capital Markets, with a focus on trading, brokerage, and post-trade processes
