## About the Role

* Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle WebForm.
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in programming in Toad or SQL+.
 * Demonstrated experience with object-oriented development techniques is required.
 * Experience working in a multi-development group is required.
 * Demonstrated 3 years of experience working with RTS application components is required.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Ability to communicate effectively with technical and user staff.

Preferred Skills and Experience

 * Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Oracle 11g Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS); Department rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
