We're already at step 30 - and moving faster than anyone else dares. ## Description The Infrastructure and Application Support Manager is responsible for leading global infrastructure operations, systems administration, database administration, network operations, and enterprise application support across all Consular Affairs (CA) systems and services. This includes domestic data centers, domestic passport centers, visa processing centers, and overseas posts. This role oversees Tier II and Tier III support for enterprise databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server), applications (web, client-server, imaging/archiving, and specialized systems), and network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, MPLS, firewalls).
