The ideal candidate has experience working with complex organizations and managing software delivery plans. understands the baseline nuances of the insurance industry, including carrier workflows, compliance needs, and operational challenges. * 3+ years in client-facing implementation, project management, or solution delivery roles, ideally in the SaaS or InsureTech space. * Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder software implementations, preferably within regulated industries or with insurance carriers. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously. * Demonstrated ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and drive outcomes with guidance from senior leadership. * Familiarity with the insurance industry - insurance product types underwriting, policy admin systems, or regulatory requirements is a strong plus. * Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build reliable relationships with client teams. * Action oriented and ownership (follows through on what they say they'll do) * Comfortable collaborating across technical and non-technical teams to solve problems and deliver solutions. * Proficiency with project management and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, and Google Docs. ## Description We're looking for an Implementation Manager to execute onboarding and implementation projects for insurance carriers. This role is a critical part of our partner delivery team, helping our Enterprise partners unlock the full value of our SaaS platform through efficient, scalable, and high-quality implementations.
