You will also assist the team with various tasks, helping to keep everything running smoothly and on schedule., * Manage and update case files in the firm's system.

 * Prepare and manage documents, including reports and communications with patent offices.
 * Review and handle incoming legal correspondence, ensuring deadlines are met.
 * Maintain accurate records and manage case information in the firm's system.
 * Assist with preparing invoices and ensuring accuracy.
 * Support the legal team with day-to-day administrative tasks and projects.
