 * Du verfügst über ein starkes Verständnis von CRM, CDP, Marketing Automation, Customer 360, Lead Management, Service Automation sowie AI-getriebenen Geschäftsprozessen.

## Description

* Du konzipierst skalierbare und sichere Salesforce-Data-360- und Agentforce-Architekturen für komplexe Kundenumgebungen.
 * Du übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in technische Lösungsarchitekturen über CRM-, Daten-, AI-, Integrations- und Cloud-Layer hinweg.
 * Du stellst die nahtlose Integration von Salesforce-Lösungen in bestehende IT-Landschaften sicher, einschließlich Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data 360, Agentforce sowie Drittsystemen.
 * Du arbeitest eng mit Consulting-, Data-, AI- und Engineering-Teams zusammen und stellst eine hohe Umsetzungsqualität von der Strategie bis zum Go-live sicher.
 * Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung von OMMAX Salesforce-Architekturstandards, wiederverwendbaren Assets, Best Practices und kundenorientierten Accelerators ein.
