## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Software Engineering oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Software-Qualitätssicherung, idealerweise in Automotive-Umgebungen
 * Fundierte Erfahrung mit Automotive SPICE (Assessment, Interpretation, Umsetzung)
 * Sehr gute Python-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Kontext von Datenabfragen, REST-API-Anbindung und Datenverarbeitung
 * Praxiserfahrungen in PowerBI: Datenmodellierung, Dashboard-Design, KPI-Visualisierung
 * Verständnis moderner Software-Entwicklungsprozesse (CI/CD, Versionskontrolle, Traceability)
 * Sicheres Auftreten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit zur Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen
 * Erfahrung im Automotive-Umfeld oder Nutzfahrzeugbereich
 * Kenntnisse in Datenbankstrukturen (z.B. SQL, NoSQL)
 * Erfahrung in der Einführung neuer Metriken oder Qualitätsprozesse
 * Verständnis für agile Entwicklungsmethoden (Scrum, Kanban)

## Description

* Erarbeitung, Definition und Etablierung von KPIs entlang Automotive SPICE relevanter Prozesse (z.B. SWE.1-SWE.6, SUP.1, SUP.8 etc.)
 * Analyse bestehender Entwicklungs- und Qualitätsdaten, Ableitung sinnvoller Metriken und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
 * Abstimmung der KPI Definitionen mit den verantwortlichen Entwicklungsabteilungen sowie deren fachliche Begleitung bei der Einführung
 * Automatisiertes Extrahieren relevanter Informationen aus Datenbanken über vorhandene REST APIs (Python-Skripte, Datenfiltersysteme, Aggregationslogik)
 * Aufbereitung und Visualisierung der KPIs und Datenströme (z.B. in PowerBI), inklusive Aufbau von Dashboards und Reporting Strukturen
 * Bewertung der Ergebnisse hinsichtlich Prozesskonformität, Reifegrad und Qualitätsrisiken
 * Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der Qualitätsmethodik, insbesondere im Kontext Automotive SPICE und moderner Software Engineering Praktiken
 * Dokumentation und Know how Transfer an interne Stakeholder
