## About the Role

Do you have experience in Mechanical knowledge?, Do you have a Bachelor of Science?, * B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar

 * Prior work experience with 3D CAD, preferably Catia V5
 * Prior work experience with DOE (Design of Experiments)
 * Innovative, analytical, critical thinker
 * Strong mechanical aptitude
 * The ability to be hands-on when necessary
 * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

## Description

The current opening is for an R&D / Design Engineer. Main duties include:

 * Design and development of new model parts, weld fixtures
 * Prototype development
 * Evaluate new technology, attend trade shows, supplier conferences
 * Evaluate current mass production systems and advise on new technology
 * Support installation and perform inspections of new model fixturing on weld lines
