·Formación: Estudiante de último año Grado de ADE, Economía, Turismo, Marketing, así como dobles grados de estos anteriormente mencionados o bien, estudiantes de máster relacionado con marketing digital y experiencia de cliente.
· Experiencia: No requerida
· Idiomas: Inglés Alto
· Se valorarán conocimientos en: Marketing Digital y herramientas del paquete de Microsoft Office

## Description

· Revisión y preparación de datos del Digital Customer.
· Extracción de datos de comportamiento del cliente digital durante campañas.
· Abrir tickets de solicitudes y tareas o acciones a los equipos/proyectos correspondientes.
Seguimiento y reporting de las campañas lanzadas bajo el área de Digital Customer Lifecycle.
· Soporte en reportes diarios, semanales y mensuales.
· Seguimiento continuo de las encuestas a cliente de B.com y otras plataformas digitales para reportar a Digital Business.
· Monitorización de acciones lanzadas con el proyecto de Digital Customer Hub.
· Revisión de noticias, reports y documentación para identificar oportunidades.
