* Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software
 * Fehlerdiagnose und Behebung technischer Probleme (1st & 2nd Level)
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und bei der Weiterentwicklung der Systemlandschaft unserer Kunden
 * Dokumentation von IT-Prozessen und Systemkonfigurationen
 * Betreuung und Support der internen IT-Infrastruktur
