## About the Role

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * professionelles Auftreten, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
 * sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Wohnort nähe Chemnitz oder Bereitschaft zu Umzug, * Chemnitz: bereit sein zu pendeln oder vor Antritt der Stelle einen Umzug zu planen (Erforderlich)

Berufserfahrung:

 * IT-Support: 2 Jahre (Erforderlich)

Sprache:

 * verhandlungssicher Deutsch (Erforderlich)

Zusatzqualifikation/Zertifikat:

 * Abschluss im IT Bereich ( Studium, Ausbildung) (Wünschenswert)

## Description

* Übernahme, Bearbeitung und Lösung von technischen Anfragen, die vom First Level Support weitergeleitet werden
 * Eskalation von ungelösten oder komplexen Anfragen an die Entwickler, Hersteller oder Lieferanten
 * Aktualisierung und Pflege der Wissensdatenbank und der Dokumentation
