* Erste Anlaufstelle für IT-Anfragen am Standort Konstanz (vor Ort und remote) zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen, serviceorientierten IT-Supports
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen und Fehlern
 * Unterstützung des zentralen Client Managements (Installation, Imaging, Patchmanagement, Softwareverteilung für Windows-Clients)
 * Betreuung und Administration der standortbezogenen IT-Infrastruktur und Applikationen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Team und den Fachbereichen
 * Mitarbeit im globalen IT-Team; Qualifizierung, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von 1st- und 2nd-Level-Tickets
