## Description

* Du unterstützt beim Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung unserer internen IT-Systeme (Hardware, Software, Netzwerke und Cloud-Services)
 * Du hilfst im IT-Helpdesk bei der Analyse und Lösung technischer Anfragen unserer Mitarbeitenden
 * Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Retail-Teams zusammen und unterstützt dabei, dass Kassensysteme, digitale Displays und weitere Store-Technologien reibungslos funktionieren
 * Du wirkst an IT-Projekten mit, z. B. bei System-Upgrades, Netzwerkoptimierungen oder der Einführung neuer Technologien
 * Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen IT-Kolleg:innen und interdisziplinären Teams zusammen und erhältst Einblicke in strategische Themen
