* 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack web application development; BS/MS degree or equivalent experience.
 * Demonstrated ability to design and develop full-stack web applications using modern development practices
 * Proficiency in C# and .NET Core for building scalable backend services
 * Strong capability with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to deliver responsive, accessible user experiences
 * Experience building single-page applications using modern client-side frameworks such as Angular and TypeScript
 * Ability to design, create, and consume RESTful APIs
 * Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including integrating backend services with data stores
 * Experience applying unit testing practices and patterns to improve code quality and reliability
 * Understanding of secure application design, including authentication and authorization concepts
 * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across teams, * Experience modernizing legacy applications while maintaining stability and performance
 * Familiarity with performance evaluation, tuning, and observability in distributed systems
 * Experience with web accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
 * Knowledge of Agile and Scrum-based development environments
 * Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and practices
