IAM Platform Manager Responsibilities * Own and manage the enterprise Identity and Access Management platform, ensuring stability, performance and scalability. * Define and deliver the platform roadmap, including upgrades, enhancements and feature adoption. * Oversee identity lifecycle processes, including Joiners, Movers and Leavers. * Ensure compliance with security, audit and regulatory requirements. * Develop and maintain platform governance frameworks and operational standards. * Manage third-party vendors and technology partners, ensuring service quality and value. * Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to improve IAM processes and user experience. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives across identity governance and access management.
