## Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Architect to oversee architecture, design, and system integration across multiple enterprise applications. This role requires strong expertise in child support systems (IV-D domain), leadership capabilities, and experience managing full SDLC lifecycle activities.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, oversee vendor deliverables, and ensure seamless integration between complex systems., * Lead architecture and design across multiple enterprise applications

 * Develop deep understanding of functional and technical requirements
 * Ensure effective system integration and data flow across platforms
 * Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders
 * Oversee all SDLC phases: requirements, design, development, and testing
 * Manage requirements traceability and change control processes
 * Review third-party/vendor deliverables to ensure quality and compliance
 * Lead teams of business analysts, testers, and subject matter experts
 * Define and document user stories, workflows, and technical specifications
 * Prepare reports and communicate progress to leadership
 * Support testing, validation, and implementation efforts
