The Marketplace sits at the center of how fans find and secure seats, and its reach, reliability, and performance directly shape one of the most important moments in the fan journey. You'll lead a team of highly competent engineers and own the development efforts that power the underlying technology that supports the Marketplace. You'll partner closely with your product counterpart to shape both the direction of the product and the underlying technology that makes it possible; sequencing the work, derisking the hard problems, and making the architectural calls that serve fans and clients at scale. This is a high-growth, fast-paced charter: the demands on the platform are growing quickly, and your job is to build the team and the systems to stay ahead of that demand. Just as importantly, you'll grow the people under you - developing engineers and emerging leaders so the team's bench deepens as the charter expands.
