HII Uncrewed Systems (HII UxS) are seeking an Integration and Test engineer for its UUV programs. As an I&T engineer on a UUV program, you will be part of an interdisciplinary approach to a variety of efforts relating to the technical planning of the integration and test effort, system integration, verification and validation, and supportability for autonomous underwater vehicles. This person will work closely with the project team to transfer product definitions into verifiable requirements and specifications that result in a robot designed for manufacturing, cost and customer satisfaction, and works closely with the Operations team to validate system performance . What you will be doing.. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost constraints. Develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for completing systems. Coordinates integrated testing activities. Reviews and evaluates test requirements to insure completeness of test program.
