This role manages IT OPEX and CAPEX, supports chargeback and showback models, and partners with IT, Finance and business leaders to improve cost transparency, forecasting accuracy, and investment decisions. This position plays a critical role in ensuring financial discipline, cost optimization, and clear communication of IT spend to senior stakeholders.
