 * Strong understanding of MES architecture, manufacturing systems, and shop floor operations.
 * Experience with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, messaging, web services).
 * Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.

Exciting opportunity to work for a global leader dedicated to helping people see brilliantly. The largest device company in the world - with complementary businesses in Surgical and Vision Care - is hiring an MES Solution Architect to join their team! We are specifically looking for someone with specialized skills in Siemens Opcenter/CAMSTAR software!, * Conduct fit gap analysis to evaluate manufacturing requirements against Opcenter standard capabilities.

 * Design end to end MES solutions that support manufacturing operations, traceability, quality, and compliance.
 * Develop solution blueprints, system architectures, data models, and technical design documentation.
 * Ensure solutions align with ISA 95 principles and enterprise architecture standards.
 * Design and build Opcenter customizations including services, rules, events, extensions, and UI components.
 * Architect and implement integrations between Opcenter and ERP (e.g., SAP), PLM, SCADA, automation, historians, and other enterprise systems.
 * Design and develop interfaces using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, messaging frameworks, or Opcenter Integration Frameworks.
 * Support MES deployment activities including configuration, technical testing, validation, and release readiness.
 * Translate business and manufacturing requirements into MES functional and technical specifications.
