Your toolkit will include knowledge and experience of design patterns and techniques such as Test-Driven Development. You'll understand the importance of managing technical debt and have previous experience of doing this effectively. * You'll be delivery-focused and comfortable in both technical and business conversations. * You'll be a passionate technologist, able to demonstrate how you've picked up various technologies quickly and turned your hand to what's needed in an evolving and innovative environment. * You'll be inquisitive, a great problem solver, and a self-starter.
