## Description

Providing high quality global logistics services and developing optimal logistics solutions for their customers.

Daily duties:-

 * Provide 1st line support for all user CargoWise issues that arise
 * Assist in CargoWise IT projects including company system implementations
 * Utilise 2nd line escalation when required
 * Support of problems with various Microsoft applications
 * Basic level network infrastructure support
 * Some IT supplier related activities eg, Procurement 3
