## About the Role

Do you have a valid Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) Certification certification?, Do you have experience in Manufacturing company experience?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on quality assurance or quality control roles.

 * Extensive knowledge of industry standards such as FSSC 22000 or FAMI QS, FDA regulations, HACCP, and CGMP practices.
 * Demonstrated ability to perform quality audits, analyze data effectively, and implement process improvements., * Associate (Preferred)

## Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee quality assurance and control processes, ensuring that products meet rigorous standards and comply with industry regulations. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, uphold quality systems, and foster a culture of excellence. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about maintaining the highest quality standards, this is the perfect opportunity to make a significant impact., * Provide back-up support for the Quality Systems Manager and Quality Technician

 * Participate in internal and external audits
 * Prepare and maintain document control, conduct various inspections and complete PCQI sign off
 * Manage various sections of the Food Safety Systems
 * Perform Quality Control functions
 * Provide Finished Product Quality Approval
 * Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with company standards and procedures, as well as all certifications and statutory/regulatory guidelines
