The ideal candidate would have experience in Consulting or working in an internal Change / Transformation function within a Real Estate firm. We are looking for independent thinkers who also thrive as part of a team, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Someone who enjoys solving new and complex problems and challenging themselves to work in new fields to contribute to market facing propositions, client engagements and internal initiatives. Dedicated to learning and staying up to date with emerging market and industry trends. Professional experience needs to include: * Significant experience in the UK Real Estate sector, with a strong understanding of challenges and opportunities facing clients in the sector. * Experience in supporting the development of client relationships and managing senior stakeholders with a proven ability to build and develop commercial relationships * A track record of driving projects or workstreams within large and complex change programs transforming the end-to-end operating models of Real Estate firms. * Previous consulting experience is preferable, however proven ability to deliver complex transformation programmes within a firm impacting multiple parts of the business will be considered. * Proven ability to mobilise, manage and motivate teams, establishing the specific day-to-day plans, projects and objectives needed. * Experience in people management, able to lead people and organise work to deliver for our clients. * Experience of guiding and coaching junior talent through challenging situations and providing honest and constructive development points. * Experience in managing key stakeholders to resolve issues and articulate complex ideas. * Have a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when working in, and managing, diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them and a clear understanding of the firm's commitment to creating a more inclusive culture. * Understand risk, how to mitigate risk, and protect the firm's reputation.
