Their platforms support emergency alarm monitoring and communication services used by local authorities, housing providers and care organisations nationwide. Operating 24/7, their solutions play a vital role in protecting and supporting vulnerable individuals across the UK., Due to continued growth, they are seeking a SIP Support Engineer to join their specialist support team. This is a hands-on role focused on deploying, maintaining and supporting cloud-hosted and on-premise SIP platforms. Working from home, you will provide remote support, troubleshoot complex VoIP issues, support customer migrations to cloud environments and assist with infrastructure upgrades across critical customer systems.
