As part of this journey, the organisation is establishing a Centre of Enablement (CoE) to drive consistency, governance, and measurable value across its data and AI initiatives. Operating within a modern, federated model, the business is focused on enabling teams across the organisation to adopt and scale data and AI capabilities in a controlled, commercially aligned way. Your new role As the Centre of Enablement (Coe) Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end operational leadership of the Data, Analytics & AI Coe. This is a high-impact role focused on ensuring the CoE operates as an effective central enablement and governance function, driving standardisation, prioritisation, adoption, and value realisation across the organisation.Working within a lean, high-authority operating model, you will not directly deliver data or AI use cases, but instead ensure that demand is effectively managed, delivery teams are aligned and supported, and that clear business value is defined, tracked, and realised.You will lead both the CoE management function and Data & AI governance teams, establishing clear ways of working, consistent intake and prioritisation processes, and robust frameworks for benefits tracking and adoption.The role also plays a key position in driving engagement across the organisation promoting Coe services, supporting workforce upskilling, enabling adoption of data and AI solutions, and fostering a culture of innovation through structured initiatives such as innovation hubs and proof-of-concept pipelines.
