The Health Assessment Advisory Service is delivered on behalf of the DWP & DfC by Capita. The Senior Business Insight Analyst will lead the analysis of large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities and actionable recommendations that improve business performance. The role requires the ability to translate complex data into clear, credible insight and present findings confidently to senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and operational outcomes. The successful candidate will be a highly capable and experienced analyst who works with a high degree of autonomy, uses sound judgement, and takes ownership for delivering high-quality insight and reporting solutions. The purpose of the assessment is to understand how an illness or disability affects a person's daily life.
