This role is highly collaborative and office-focused, requiring regular interaction with teams including: * Marketing * Design * Sales * Customer Service * Purchasing * Amazon & eCommerce * Accounts * Warehouse & Operations * Product Development * Quality Assurance, AI Integration & Process Improvement * Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, communication, and productivity using AI tools and automation. * Help integrate AI into existing business systems, software, and daily operations. * Work with our data analyst virtually to create and implement processes efficiently. * Research, test, and implement AI-powered platforms and solutions across departments. * Create scalable AI processes, prompts, templates, and documentation for teams to use effectively. * Work closely with management to identify long-term AI opportunities for business growth.
